Dear Parents and Carers,
A very warm welcome to Comper Foundation Stage School. We are a small Early Years school at the heart of our wonderful and diverse East Oxford community. Comper is a safe, welcoming and nurturing school that offers a sense of belonging for children and their families. We cater for children from two to four years old. We offer 15 and 30 hour funded places for 2 – 4-year-olds and are made up of two different settings:
Daycare – takes children from 2 – 3years old
Maintained Nursery School – takes children from 3 – 4 years old
Whichever setting you are in; children and their families are at the heart of all we do.
We believe that a child’s earliest experiences lay the foundations for their self-confidence, well-being, and a positive sense of themselves as a learner as they grow up.
We aim to provide the highest quality of care and learning for your young children. We do this through providing a safe, emotionally sensitive & inclusive environment.
We always try to make learning fun with a curriculum which sparks children’s curiosity, inspires & challenges them while enriching their skills and knowledge.
We seek to foster a close partnership with parents, carers and their families. We understand that your knowledge is invaluable to ensure that we work with your child in a way that is unique to them; we pride ourselves on knowing each individual child inside out.
