Lavender Room (The Union Building, Collins Street)

The Lavender Room was opened in 2007 as part of the East Oxford Children Centre on Collins Street, and is part of Comper Foundation Stage School in Hertford Street, Oxford.  There is no restriction of a catchment area for attending the Lavender Room.

We are registered with Ofsted to care for 24 children within the Lavender Room. We can accommodate your child from the day of their 1st birthday.

There are no minimum requirements for sessions taken so, whether you would like your child to discover new experiences for just a couple of sessions per week, or if you are a working parent and require full time care we are here to fulfil your specific needs.

We are open from 8.45am—3.00pm, term time only and can offer a variety of different sessions within the day to suit your requirements.

If your child is staying with us for lunch then you need to provide them with a packed lunch box. We have a no nut policy, if you bring in a packed lunch could you please ensure your child has no nuts.
